Requirements for Lettering in Robotics
Criteria for Lettering:
- 100 Total Points Needed
- Meet fund raising obligation
- Minimum 20 pts earned from each category (flex can be considered outreach or participation points)
- Maximum 80 pts from any one category
- Full Participation at CO Regional
Ways to build participation points:
- 1hr build season =1 pt
- Fall Tuesday meetings=1pt (must stay for entire meeting)
- Attendance at official FIRST events
Ways to build Community Service Points:
- 1 hour working FLL tournament or mentoring FLL team=1 pt
- 3 postings on single discussion on Chief Delphi=1 pt , Maximum 10 points can be earned this way (send screen name to Mr. Clark)
- Supply supper for team during build season=1 pt
- Extra Fund Raising (above 200 registration fee) $20=1 pt
- Other opportunities as they arise will be announce by Mr. Clark
Flex points may be used in any category and are awarded by Mr C. for outstanding effort
5 flex points awarded for those attending Regional for each trophy awarded team
